Set
up is quick and easy, typically taking just
a couple of minutes per server. You’ll
begin by simply logging on to the
LiveVault
Web Management Portal and installing
lightweight agent software on the servers
you want to back up. Then, select the data
to protect with a simple point-and-click,
and set up the rules to use, including scheduling,
bandwidth throttling, and data retention.
The agent then performs the initial synchronization
(the one and only full server backup) based
on the rules you set. When this is complete,
you will receive an email notification from
LiveVault.
