MINIMUM SALES COMMITMENT
   
To qualify as a reseller the partner must be able to commit to the following sales at the start of the agreement;
   
  1. Data Protector licenses – minimum of 10 data protector licenses
Or
   
 
2. Server Backups – minimum of 2 Small Business Server Starter packs (consisting of 2 Server Licenses, 4 plug-ins (Open File Agents) and 40Gb of protected data)
 
These sales will be invoiced in advance at the commencement of the Partnership.
