We always try to respond to any support request the same day. However, if you want to jump the queue or you have an urgent support request we now offer Back2Go Priority Support.
How does it work?
For a small charge you can request immediate assistance from a dedicated support technician. You can even book a time when you want us to call you. As part of our priority support service we can remotely access your computer if necessary.
There is a charge of £25 per support call which is paid before the start of the Priority Support session. This charge covers up to 30 minutes of dedicated support time and if the problem is found to be a fault in the software, the charge will be refunded.
Priority Support is available Monday to Friday 0900-1730 hours UK Business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Priority support provides assistance for issues relating to our online backup services. Support for operating systems or software not provided by Back2Go Limited is not included in this service and you should consult the appropriate software vendor for these issues. |
